We are a professional cleaning company and our team consists of bonded and insured cleaners who pride themselves in top quality cleanings. Upon joining our cleaning team, each cleaner is trained to perform the cleaning to your exact specifications.


Darling’s Cleaning Services offers a 24 hour guarantee on all cleanings. If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleaning for any reason, simply contact our office within 24 hours of your cleaning to arrange a time for us to come back to your home and re-clean areas that were not cleaned to your expectations.

This guarantee does not necessarily apply if:

  • You alerted us to the issue more than 48 hours post-cleaning.
  • You were present during the cleaning and approved the work on-site.
  • You under-adjusted the original estimate we made through our website or over the phone.

We bring all our own supplies. Our customers are not required to provide anything for the cleaning. From the vacuums to the rags and supplies, we come fully prepared for each job.

All of our cleaners have undergone a proper background check as well as extensive training on professional cleaning. We do not have any independent contractors, all cleaners are Darling’s Cleaning employees.


We understand that everyone has busy lives, so we do not expect anyone to be present during the cleaning. All we need is a way to get in your home.

We are comfortable cleaning it and locking it up for you when we finish. It is common for our customers to provide us with their garage code or spare key to enter the home.

The only thing we ask in preparation for the cleaning is to remove clutter so that we can work effectively to clean all surfaces. If we will be changing your linens, we ask you to put out clean sheets on top of the bed.

We do not guarantee an exact time of arrival because each home we clean gets the attention that we believe it deserves. Due to the nature of our work we will arrive at your home within one hour (before or after) of your requested time. Our normal business hours are 8AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday. On some occasions we may be available to clean on Saturdays and Sundays. You can contact us to see if we are able to make the weekend work for you.

Our team of cleaners is trained to clean your home with complete respect. If something unexpectedly breaks during the cleaning, we will do our best to repair or replace the broken item. We are fully insured, so we file claims appropriately.

Of course! We have liability insurance in the rare occasion that something in your home gets damaged. We are bonded to protect all your property. Our cleaners have workers compensation insurance through us in the event that an employee becomes injured while inside your home.

Not with us. While other services make you sign up for a long-term contract with an expensive cancellation fee, we do not. You can start and cancel your services with us whenever you would like, with no fee.

We try our best to work with our customers. We completely understand that things can come up sometimes that are out of your control. We recommend you call us as soon as you know you need to cancel a cleaning.  We charge a $35 fee for all cancelations within 24 hours of scheduled cleaning time. For all lockouts we charge a $70 fee. This is to help cover our staff’s mileage, wages and travel costs as well as the wasted appointment.

Yes! If you are thinking about getting your home cleaned on a reoccurring schedule, we will come out to your home to do an estimate for no cost. We will go through your home with you and explain to you what we do in each area. We also take note of any requests you may have for the cleaning. After this estimate we are able to come up with a number for the hours it will take to clean your home based on how often you would like us to come clean, and also the cost of each cleaning.

We accept all forms of payment. However. We require a major credit or debit card on file to schedule an appointment. We do not require payments be made before the cleaning. If you want to pay before the cleaning you certainly may but it is not required. If you would like to pay with cash or a check you can either leave the cash/check out at your home if you will not be present, or you can give it to the cleaners once they finish the cleaning. We also take credit card payments over the phone by calling our office and providing us with your credit card information. We require all payments be made for each cleaning within 7 days of cleaning. If you are signing up for on-going cleaning services, we can store your credit card information and run it after each cleaning.

Yes! If you get on a reoccurring schedule, same set day of the week and time, we will always try to assign the same team to be out at your place. The team will be familiar with your home and will always know the exact routine your home requires.

That’s okay! It happens quite often. If you purchase a deal for a set amount of time we will work for that time period and get as much done as possible. If the time is up and not everything is finished, the crew can let you know how much longer they think it will take to complete everything. If you want them to stay and finish everything that is no problem. You can add the additional time cost to your payment or if you have already paid you can pay for just the additional time after the cleaning.

Good news, we love pets! We have no strict pet policy. The loud noise of the vacuum does occasionally cause a scare and in cases like that we’re always happy to accommodate special arrangements.
